I too ...I started with your first blog to catch up. I too HAD anxiety but for the most part have quieted that part of me. I play a game where I ask myself what is the worst that can happen. I go the scenarios and then know that if it were to happen I could handle it. It never happens as bad as I thought so it works for me. Also, I literally in my mind take a broom and sweep away the thoughts. I find this is a great way to reduce anxiety. It works. I am on a quest as I elevate my foot from foot surgery to read through every entry of yours and get up to present day. You have an amazing life filled with love and family.
